Sasha Abela is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores the relationship between the body, space, and identity. She creates sculptural pieces and paintings that are deeply informed by personal history, spatial awareness, and materiality. Her work is shaped by an ongoing investigation into how we navigate physical and emotional landscapes, often evoking a fragmented sense of place and belonging. Abela pursued her BA in Fine Arts at Goldsmiths, University of London, followed by an MA in Scenography at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. After her studies, her work has been exhibited internationally in cities including Paris Design Week, Dubai 2020, Beirut and London.
